Whether you’re a new team member or a seasoned leader, this course will help you reflect, grow, and lead with faith and intentionality in your CST role.

ABOUT ME
My name is Gina Crescenzi, and I serve as a CST Supervisor, a Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (LDTC), and doctoral candidate in Education. I developed this course to combine my passion for biblically grounded leadership with my experience supporting special education teams. As a CST professional and parent of a child with special needs, I understand the complexity and sacredness of this work. I pray this course equips and encourages you to lead with humility, clarity, and purpose.
